The seventh Vision 20/20 Model Performance in CRR Symposium, also known as S7, provides a number of Partner Opportunities for you to both support the mission of expanding Community Risk Reduction in communities across the nation and to share what you have to offer to the CRR community. Since COVID-19 struck, this will be the first in-person gathering of CRR professionals from across the country and a unique opportunity for you to interact with them!

Gold Level Sponsorship Opportunities

By sponsoring the conference WiFi service, you will have the opportunity to have a customized login password aligned to your company or service that each attendee will use each day.

Slido is the interactive polling service that we will be using throughout the Symposium to gather feedback from all of the attendees.

Your logo will be featured on site signage, you will have an opportunity for brief comments, you will receive a copy of the Attendee List, an opportunity to place your literature in the Attendee Bag, acknowledgement on the Vision 20/20 website and the Conference App.

You will also be provided with an opportunity for a Tabletop display and one registration, a $1,000 value. You will be able to upgrade to a Premium booth for an additional $350.

SUNRISE SESSION

The Sunrise Sessions are a unique opportunity to present information about your product or service to a select group of attendees. On Tuesday and Wednesday morning, there will be two one-hour Sunrise Sessions each day held before the General Sessions begin. Breakfast will be provided for 30 select people at each one, and you will have the ability to select the attendees from the registration list that you feel are those that would be most receptive to your message.

Your logo will be featured on site signage, you will have an opportunity for brief comments, you will receive a copy of the Attendee List, an opportunity to place your literature in the Attendee Bag, acknowledgement on the Vision 20/20 website and the Conference App.

You will also be provided with an opportunity for a Tabletop display and one registration, a $1,000 value. You will be able to upgrade to a Premium booth for an additional $350.

These were first held at the 2020 Symposium, and were incredibly popular and sold out immediately.

Silver Level Sponsorship Opportunities

The Minnow Tank is an entirely new concept for S7!

Selected attendees whose CRR programs are in their beginning stages will have the opportunity to make a 15-minute pitch before a panel of CRR experts. This panel will provide positive, constructive feedback as to how the program could possibly be improved upon or made stronger. The Minnow Tank will be held one evening and will provide a great opportunity for learning and networking.

There will be a series of six Plenary Sessions where all of the 350+ attendees will gather to hear presentations on model programs in CRR. These are the core of the Symposium where the attendees learn what works and can take back to their communities.

The Exhibit Hall will be immediately adjacent to the room where the General Session and Plenary Sessions will be held. It is also where all of the Coffee Breaks will be held – in other words, it will be in a prime location for interaction with the 350+ attendees! You will have two opportunities to provide information and interact with the attendees – a Premium Booth and a Tabletop Display.
