This Agreement will not constitute a joint venture, partnership, consortium, or any other form of business arrangement or organization other than the mutual understanding and the rights and obligations of the Parties as expressly set forth herein. Neither Party shall have the authority to bind the other Party or make any commitments of any kind for or on behalf of the other Party nor act as an agent or partner of the other for any purpose whatsoever. This document and attachments incorporated herein by reference form the Sponsorship Agreement made between Vision 20/20 and the Sponsor. This Agreement is not binding on Vision 20/20 unless or until the Sponsor completes, signs and returns the Agreement and issues payment in accordance with said Agreement. Payment/Refund Policy: Full payment is required a minimum of sixty (60) calendar days prior to the event. Failure to meet this requirement may result in Sponsor forfeiting the sponsorship. No refunds will be given except in such instance where the event is cancelled.
