Thank you for your interest in submitting a presentation for our Symposium, the largest Community Risk Reduction stage in the nation. This form should be utilized for submission of a Community Risk Reduction program that is based on Model Performance Criteria (MPC).

There is a maximum allowable limit of 5,000 characters, including the required headings. Applications with more than 5,000 characters will be rejected. If your data or evaluation does not fit within the Model Performance Criteria model, consider summarizing the information as a research summary and submitting your presentation using the Call for CRR-Related Research Presentations form from the Strategicfire.org website. Our peer review team operates on a blind submission process that does not include agency names for reviewers. Submissions received are sent to the peer review team for review and scoring. Should you need additional information on MPC, please visit our website to download our free Model Performance Template. Should you have questions you can email us at info@strategicfire.org.

If your program spans more than one state-level or equivalent geography or if it is a product (regardless of cost), select a smaller jurisdiction’s program to present as a case study. We strongly encourage those who submitted presentations to earlier Symposiums that were not selected to be resubmitted for Symposium 9! Only a few programs can be selected each year so many good programs get left behind. You are encouraged to update your evaluation and resubmit.

We are also the only event to provide a dedicated free coaching team that can assist in creating a top-quality presentation submission. Our coaches have years of experience, are leaders in the field of Community Risk Reduction and considered Subject Matter Experts on MPC and program development and implementation. Please understand that our coaching team is comprised of volunteers and operates on a first come, first serve basis. Their goal is to provide you with advice on creating your best presentation submission so that it stands out in a competitive field. Coaches will not create or write your draft proposal, and their availability is based on the number of requests in queue. If you would like to request coaching, you can email us at info@strategicfire.org.
